What does a "rules violation" mean, and am I being singled out?
A rules violation notice is simply to inform you that you are somehow in violation of a particular rule contained in our governing documents. This notice gives homeowners the opportunity to correct any violation. Please remember that when you purchase a home in a gated and deed restricted community, you are agreeing to abide by all the rules and conditions as set forth within the association's governing documents. A rules violation notice is not personal; it just reminds us to be good neighbors!
